Easy to deal with, very happy with the deal
We had a great experience at Jones Nissan In Savannah today. Carla was amazing and so knowledgeable in helping us make a decision. We basically got every single thing we asked for, with our trade in, and our new car. The financial guy made sure our paper signing went fast and smooth as well. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for a new car.
Last winter I won a free oil change at Jones Nissan and I finally went in to get it done. It took about an hour and everyone was so kind and friendly towards my son and I. Definitely recommend their service center.

Sadie, our sales associate, was great! She is so kind and friendly! We requested to test drive multiple vehicles. She was patient throughout the process. I felt Sadie and the team helped us get the best deal possible, which will keep us coming back for future vehicles. It was a long day but she stayed right with me and made sure I was as comfortable as possible and was bringing me good cold water cause it was such a hot day. I am thankful for that. Very professional and timely
Friendly staff, General Manager very helpful with brochures on the car we were interested in and salesman answered all our questions. It was raining that morning and they provided us a bay to pull the car in to keep us out of the rain. Gave us more than we expected on our trade in which was going to be a key factor in our ability to trade. Nissan Service department has great employees who do their very best to make the service appointment an easy transition for me the customer They always are available to answer any questions I may have
Dealership needs to modernize their facility, I would like to be able to see my service being done.They need tire service such as rotating and balance and alignment instead of referring you to someone else.

It was a no pressure, great experience. We shopped around and scored our best price and they gave us a price we jumped on without having to haggle. They were genuine and kind when we picked it up. They took their time entering all info on our phones and teaching us about our new pathfinder named Scarlet. We are in late 50’s and early 60’s and have experienced buying new cars and we definitely recommend this dealership.
